Attention holders of Exemption 12555: Authority to operate under the conditions and limitations of Exemption 12555 expires at midnight, December 31, 2024. Operators who select “Insufficient GPS” as a “Request Reason” when applying for an ATC authorization via ADAPT will automatically receive a denial to their request effective January, 2025.
